CYBEROO is an Italian cybersecurity provider listed on Euronext Growth Milan that offers various security solutions and services.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Polish market;
• Build and strengthen relationships with Enterprise customers, SMBs, and Public Sector organizations;
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing customer base;
• Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and contribute to the definition of sales strategies;
• Achieve sales targets agreed with management;
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new technology Partners across Poland;
• Build and execute joint business plans with Partners to drive growth and achieve sales targets;
• Conduct regular forecasting sessions, business reviews, deal reviews, and account reviews;
• Define and implement go-to-market strategies together with Partners;
• Support Partners throughout the pre-sales process, opportunity management, and proposal preparation;
• Manage commercial negotiations with prospective customers in collaboration with Partners.

• At least 5 years of experience selling B2B IT solutions and services;
• Proven experience in developing and managing both Channel Partners and End Customers;
• Solid knowledge of the IT market and major technology vendors;
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills;
• Strong results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage assigned territory;
• Consultative sales approach with the ability to generate and develop new business opportunities;
• Native Polish speaker;
• English B1;
• Residence in Warsaw or within commuting distance;
• Nice to have: Experience in the Cyber Security industry.
