International sales manager in consumer goods

The New Ways B.V. is an Amsterdam-based international company behind the growing G-ROLLZ brand. We specialize in smoking accessories and gift items. We collaborate with globally recognized names such as Banksy Graffiti, Hello Kitty, Jimi Hendrix, Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, and many more. Our products are distributed across international markets. We are expanding our business with major retail chains, distributors, and wholesalers worldwide.

• International Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in physical consumer products.
• Retail Chain Experience: Ability to approach, negotiate, and close deals with major international retail chains and purchasing managers.
• Distributor & Wholesale Network: Experience developing business with large distributors, importers, and wholesalers worldwide.
• Excellent English Communication: Outstanding spoken and written English with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Advanced Excel Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, PivotTables, sales analysis, pricing, and reporting.
• CRM, ERP & AI Software: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems, plus modern AI sales tools.
• Business Development & Closing Skills: Proven ability to find new customers, develop international markets, negotiate contracts, and generate substantial sales.
• Independent & Target-Driven: Self-motivated, commercially focused, experienced in managing key accounts, and willing to travel internationally.
• We welcome experienced international sales professionals who have successfully sold physical products to retail chains, distributors, and wholesalers.
• This position is not intended for candidates whose sales experience is limited to software subscriptions, memberships, or digital services.
