Head of sales in financial services

• leading and expanding the sales function, including setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve revenue goals, and overseeing key client relationships
• building and managing the sales team
• monitoring performance metrics, accurate reporting and forecasting
• driving business development initiatives in existing and new markets
• collaborate closely with senior leadership, marketing, and product teams to align commercial strategy with overall business objectives
• handling complex negotiations
• ensuring high levels of customer service
• representing the company at industry events and client meetings on a high/top level

• Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Proven experience in Business Development, identifying new market opportunities, and expanding client portfolios.
• Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance oversight, and building high-performing sales teams.
• Solid Customer Service orientation, with the ability to maintain long-term client relationships and address complex client needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and Russian preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, comfortable working with data and market insights to guide decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
