IRAO is a leading insurance company in Georgia that has operated in the Georgian market for more than 20 years. It is a member of Vienna Insurance Group and has a team of 300 employees across Tbilisi and regional offices.

• Identify and prioritize target segments for the pension product;
• Develop segment-specific commercial offers with the involvement of relevant stakeholders;
• Analyze the market and competitive environment, monitor trends, and formulate recommendations;
• Establish communication with legal entities, provide information about the new product, organize meetings, and conduct product presentations;
• Manage the full sales cycle;
• Plan and implement various activities to sell the pension product;
• Provide product-related information to the sales managers group, monitor product sales, and offer support when needed.

• 2–3 Years of experience in sales with corporate clients;
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Effective communication and persuasion skills;
• Analytical and strategic thinking;
• Result-oriented mindset;
• Proactivity;
• Nice to have: Experience in the insurance or banking sector.
