• Undertake distribution and sales objectives for data communication network products in the Serbian market and establish end-to-end management of distribution strategies
• Visit distribution engineering partners, expand and optimize the distribution partner system across products, implement marketing and promotional strategies, and ensure the accuracy of partners’ inventory and sales data and their satisfaction
• Explore an online distribution sales system covering various online sales scenarios to enhance product influence
• Identify distribution market demands, develop region-specific solutions for different scenarios, and empower partners
• Establish and improve distribution business processes in Serbia, and plan and manage distribution objectives, partner expansion, and partner capabilities
• Establish a comprehensive sales management system for the distribution market, formulate promotional plans, and supervise partners to ensure orderly sales
• Plan online and offline marketing activities for the Serbian distribution market to enhance brand influence, drive distribution sales, and expand the partner network

• Similar previous experience
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in English
