We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Account Manager in Ankara to join our sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with key customers, driving revenue growth, and maximizing profitability within your assigned territory and accounts.

You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business objectives and aligning solutions that create mutual value. Success in this position requires strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and execute account growth strategies.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for customer engagement.
• Identify customer needs, growth opportunities, and business challenges to develop tailored solution strategies.
• Create and execute strategic account plans focused on revenue growth and profitability.
• Conduct regular business reviews and collaborate with customers on joint business planning initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams and vendor partners to deliver value-added solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor sales pipeline, performance metrics, and account activity to ensure achievement of targets.
• Analyze customer business trends and market opportunities to drive expansion and growth.
• Align supplier and partner programs with customer requirements to maximize mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Prioritize opportunities with the highest potential impact and business value.
• Manage account profitability by optimizing gross profit and minimizing margin leakage.
• Take ownership of achieving sales targets, growth objectives, and execution of business plans.

• Minimum experience required is typically 5+ years on same or similar role within electronic industry
• Fluency in English
