задачи
- Communicate by phone with existing and potential customers to offer SOLO packages (SOLOX, SOLO Premium, SOLO Club)
- Process leads and requests received through online channels and, when needed, redirect them to the relevant department
- Communicate with customers to support retention and offer an alternative package when needed
- Identify customer needs and share tailored solutions
требования
- Higher education
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service
- Customer-oriented approach and willingness to help
- Effective communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations and direct inquiries appropriately
- Goal-oriented and focused on results
- Будет плюсом: knowledge of English and/or Russian
