As a Client Success Manager in iRute Travel Services, you will drive client success by leading the onboarding, implementation, and adoption of corporate and marine travel management solutions. You will serve as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use travel booking platforms, technology solutions, and travel policies while delivering a seamless and efficient travel management experience.

Who you report to

You will report to the General Manager of iRute Travel, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of corporate and marine travel management services.

You will play a key role in helping clients get the most out of iRute Travel’s technology and services to get the most value from their travel spend. You will lead client onboarding, drive user adoption, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver an excellent travel management experience.

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of travel management technologies and services for corporate and marine clients.
• Develop and manage onboarding plans, project timelines, and implementation milestones.
• Conduct training sessions for travel bookers, travellers, approvers, and client administrators on booking platforms, reporting tools, and service processes.
• Guide clients on travel policy implementation, configuration, and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding and post-implementation journey.
• Monitor client adoption, satisfaction, and travel programme performance, ensuring alignment with travel budgets and business objectives.
• Manage client concerns and escalations, working closely with internal operations, technology, product, and service delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare onboarding reports, track implementation outcomes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate and/or marine travel, travel management, client services, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of corporate travel operations, booking processes, and travel policy management.
• Experience managing client onboarding, implementation projects, or user training programmes.
• Proficiency in travel management technologies and online booking tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A strong relationship builder who can establish trust and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
