Client service director in advertising

I'm looking for a Client Service Director! Someone who knows how to build strong client relationships, lead a team, and keep complex projects moving with commercial sense and a clear sense of ownership.

• The role oversees key client accounts, ensuring excellent client service, relationship management, and long-term partnership development.
• Responsibilities include leading client service teams, setting service standards, and monitoring client satisfaction across projects and campaigns.

• Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to manage accounts, address needs, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to lead teams, present strategies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction to monitor service quality, implement improvements, and ensure positive client outcomes.
• Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to oversee budgets, analyze profitability, and support revenue and cost management.
• Proven experience in client service leadership within advertising, marketing, or related industries.
• Strong people management skills, including team leadership, performance management, and talent development.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and resilience in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
