Chief operating officer in consumer goods

Zepter International is looking for a Chief Operating Officer to lead and further develop our business and operations in Kazakhstan. • develop and implement strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth
• translate business objectives into clear priorities, plans and measurable actions
• lead by example, building a culture of accountability, knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement
• strengthen collaboration between sales, marketing and other functions to create one integrated commercial direction
• develop initiatives to attract, activate and grow the network of affiliates
• define marketing priorities and oversee campaigns designed to strengthen brand engagement, market presence and conversion
• identify opportunities to improve sales performance, customer experience and upselling across the organization
• support digital transformation initiatives that modernize sales processes and improve operational efficiency
• ensure consistently high standards of customer service, satisfaction and loyalty

• proven experience in a senior sales or commercial leadership position
• strong understanding of sales-driven business models
• a track record of delivering against ambitious sales and business targets
• the ability to move confidently between strategic thinking and operational execution
• strong leadership skills and the ability to develop high-performing teams
• a results-oriented mindset, with the discipline to turn strategy into measurable action
• excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• fluency in English, both spoken and written
• You must be able to see the bigger picture, make decisions and make things happen.
