Optimize Integration Group (OIG) develops fruit and french fries supply chain resources, builds partnerships with supermarkets, wholesale markets, importers, and suppliers, and supports imports into the Kazakhstan market through supply chain financing, DDP solutions, and strategic supplier partnerships.

• Develop Kazakhstan fruit and french fries supply chain resources;
• Establish long-term partnerships with local supermarkets, wholesale markets, and importers;
• Support the expansion of fruit and french fries imports into the Kazakhstan market;
• Promote supply chain financing and DDP solutions through local channels;
• Develop suppliers and business partners;
• Build supplier partnerships;
• Implement supply chain cooperation projects;
• Manage supplier relationships;
• Analyze the market and develop business opportunities;
• Proactively identify opportunities and drive cooperation.

• 5–10 Years of experience in fruit and french fries import industries;
• Strong understanding of the fruit and french fries supply chain;
• Knowledge of major fruit and french fries supermarkets and wholesale markets;
• Proven ability to independently develop suppliers and business opportunities;
• Strong independent business development capability;
• Knowledge of Kazakhstan import regulations, customs requirements, and market trends;
• Russian and English proficiency for business communication;
• Candidates with only operational or order-following experience are not preferred;
• Nice to have: existing relationships with local supermarkets, wholesale markets, and importers, major supermarket and wholesale market contacts, fruit and french fries importer relationships, China market import experience, fruit and french fries industry association connections, Chinese language ability, background in fruit and french fries importing or trading companies, fruit and french fries associations or institutions, related agent or service companies such as shipping and logistics.
