The company provides energy solutions for the data centre market, supporting power availability, resilience, and deployment across the UK and Ireland.

• Take ownership of business development across the UK and Ireland;
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the UK and Ireland data centre market;
• Build relationships with data centre operators, developers, contractors, consultants, and strategic partners;
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and initial engagement through solution development, commercial negotiation, and close;
• Work with engineering and operational teams to develop technically credible, customer-focused power and energy solutions;
• Develop an understanding of customers’ projects, challenges, and future requirements;
• Identify where the business can add value;
• Build market intelligence around upcoming projects, investment, and customer activity;
• Turn market intelligence into a business development strategy;
• Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

• Proven sales and business development experience;
• A strong track record of personally originating, developing, and winning new business;
• Experience creating opportunities, opening new relationships, and converting them into revenue;
• Commercially driven, credible, and entrepreneurial approach;
• Comfortable creating personal business opportunities;
• Comfortable speaking with customers, presenting solutions, and meeting clients face to face;
• Fluent, professional English;
• Experience working with and supporting customers across the UK and Ireland;
• Nice to have: experience selling into the data centre market, power, energy, electrical infrastructure, industrial rental, mission critical infrastructure, or another relevant technical environment.
