• Recruit, onboard, and develop P2P merchants across the Tajikistan market.
• Drive merchant acquisition, increase the number of active merchants, and expand active P2P advertisements.
• Manage P2P merchant communities, address daily inquiries, and resolve operational issues.
• Build strong relationships with merchants to improve liquidity, trading activity, and overall market performance.
• Monitor market pricing and ensure competitive rates and sufficient liquidity across the Tajikistan P2P market.
• Drive P2P trading volume, user acquisition, and market growth.
• Collaborate with local KOLs and support marketing initiatives to attract new P2P users.

• Proven experience in P2P business development or merchant acquisition with leading cryptocurrency exchanges or P2P platforms.
• Strong existing network of P2P merchants, OTC traders, and KOLs in Tajikistan.
• Good understanding of the local P2P market, merchant operations, liquidity management, and trading dynamics.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Fluent in Tajik and proficient in English.
