• Identify and segment target clients
• Develop a go-to-market strategy for each segment, including priorities, channels, and communication approach
• Find potential clients, proactively contact them, identify decision-makers, and conduct initial negotiations
• Attend business events, conferences, and industry meetings in Georgia; travel may be required
• Manage the CRM pipeline, statuses, and communication history
• Analyze results, prepare monthly reports on what works and what does not, and adjust the strategy accordingly

• Reside in Georgia
• Georgian language is mandatory
• English at Intermediate level or higher
• 3+ Years of experience in Sales or Business Development
• Strategic thinking and an understanding of where the money is and how to reach it
