задачи
- Monitor and identify upcoming projects and tenders in Cyprus
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and main contractors
- Ensure the client is pre-qualified and well-positioned in key projects
- Coordinate with estimation, technical, and management teams during the tender stage
- Support senior management with market strategy and expansion planning
- Maintain structured reporting on pipeline, leads, and conversion status
требования
- At least 10 years of experience in business development or commercial roles in construction or real estate
- Established network in the Cyprus market
- Fluent Greek and English
- Strong PR, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Strategic, disciplined, and market-driven mindset

- Annual fee range 45K-50k and performance-related bonus
