Fresha is an AI-powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self-care industry. It connects consumers, businesses and professionals through a marketplace and an all-in-one platform for bookings, operations management, marketing, payments and related business tools.

• Consistently achieve sales targets;
• Call key decision-makers using phone, email and social touches to bring on new business, including in-person meetings where appropriate;
• Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners;
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close;
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing and potential partners to align solutions with their needs and business objectives;
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience;
• Provide feedback about ongoing industry trends;
• Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM;
• Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities;
• Deliver other activities as required.

• Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success;
• Ability to build relationships and proactively pursue new business;
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively;
• Natural curiosity and desire to continually grow and develop;
• Nice to have: Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms, fluency in English and another language, experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
