business development manager for construction projects

SHATRO Engineering Ltd is a full-cycle construction company based in Limassol. It delivers new-build construction, comprehensive renovations, and high-end fit-out for private residences, offices, and commercial spaces, along with bespoke cabinetry and built-in furniture. The company manages projects through an integrated construction team and in-house furniture production, covering design, documentation, construction, finishing, furnishing, and fit-out.

• Define target segments and specific prospects across Cyprus;
• Reach owners and company principals on your own initiative;
• Build partnerships with architecture and design studios, developers, property brokers, and consultants, and keep those channels producing enquiries;
• Run meetings, presentations, and site visits;
• Establish client needs and record technical and commercial inputs;
• Hand inputs to the commercial team for costing and technical work-up;
• Prepare proposals together with the Commercial Director and present them to clients;
• Negotiate scope, timelines, and terms within company-approved parameters;
• Take deals to signature and hand projects over to the Commercial Director;
• Keep the CRM current and follow company commercial procedures;
• Give the General Director a clear forecast on live opportunities.

• Track record in B2B sales or business development with self-sourced clients rather than inbound leads;
• Ability to reach a principal directly and secure a meeting;
• Experience with long sales cycles and complex services;
• Fluent Russian and English; both are required;
• Discipline with CRM, deadlines, and commercial information;
• Category B driving licence and own car;
• Industry experience is not required; the company will teach the product, costing process, and technical side of projects;
• Nice to have: Active business network in Cyprus, background in premium services, real estate, architecture, design, or project sales, working understanding of construction, renovation, or fit-out, Greek.
