The company operates as an international payments provider specializing in acquiring, payment gateways, and white-label payment solutions for high-risk, iGaming, and financial services merchants.
задачи
- Identify, approach and onboard new merchants across high-risk sectors;
- Generate new business through direct outreach, networking, referrals and market engagement;
- Present payment solutions to prospective clients and merchants;
- Conduct introductory calls, commercial meetings and product demonstrations;
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to negotiation, onboarding and go-live;
- Negotiate commercial terms in line with company objectives;
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with merchants and agents;
- Support and grow an existing merchant portfolio;
- Attend expos, summits and networking events to generate leads and meet prospective merchants;
- Work closely with management, PSPs, compliance, onboarding and technical teams to support smooth client onboarding and service delivery;
- Contribute to revenue targets, sales strategy and overall commercial growth.
требования
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, business development or partnerships within the payments industry;
- Experience with payment gateways, acquiring, Open Banking, PSPs, EMIs, payment platforms or white-label payment technology;
- Proven ability to generate leads, build a pipeline and close commercial agreements;
- Strong understanding of high-risk, iGaming and financial services verticals;
- Good knowledge of merchant needs, payment flows, acquiring, pricing and payment service models;
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills;
- Ability to present to senior stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers;
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently;
- Fluent English;
- Nice to have: Russian, Ukrainian.
