Bitbase is a global digital asset trading platform dedicated to building a secure, stable, and efficient crypto asset infrastructure.
задачи
- Identify and onboard top-tier/mid-tier crypto KOLs, YouTube creators, Twitter opinion leaders, and community influencers to establish commission-based partnerships;
- Build a pyramid-style affiliate program for contract trading by recruiting team leaders, signal providers, and quantitative trading teams;
- Attract high-net-worth individuals and drive sustained growth in the platform’s contract trading volume;
- Nurture long-term relationships with external channel partners to align with incentive and development policies;
- Build and lead the business development team, set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide guidance to improve performance;
- Collaborate with operations, product, and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility in Chinese-speaking communities;
- Plan and execute events such as AMAs, Twitter Spaces, or offline meetups to boost trust and engagement;
- Monitor market trends and competitor mechanisms, collect user feedback on contract products, and support product and R&D teams in optimizing user experience.
требования
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience at a centralized cryptocurrency exchange (CEX) with mandatory experience promoting contract trading products;
- Proven methods for developing and evaluating channel resources with a track record of driving business outcomes like trading volume and fee revenue;
- Familiarity with user acquisition strategies for the Chinese market and diverse user psychology;
- Solid understanding of contract trading, wealth management products, and other derivatives with professional trading knowledge;
- Knowledge of common rebate structures and strong business negotiation skills;
- Demonstrated strong business development capabilities, team leadership mindset, and a results-oriented approach;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
- English C1 level.
