• leading and developing the local sales team and driving branch revenue targets
• overseeing daily sales operations, including managing pipelines, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies for residential and mixed-use real estate projects
• building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners
• conducting property presentations
• negotiating contracts in alignment with company standards
• analyzing market trends
• preparing sales reports
• coordinating with marketing and management teams
• ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

• Proven experience in real estate sales management or branch leadership, preferably in luxury or residential projects.
• Strong skills in team leadership, performance management, and coaching to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage pipelines, and analyze market data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Solid understanding of the Cyprus real estate market;
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Fluency in English;
