we.CONECT Global Leaders is Germany’s largest private business conference organizer, founded in 2011. The company facilitates B2B networking and knowledge exchange by hosting conferences for global leaders, experts, and decision-makers across the DACH region, Europe, and the USA.

• Convince decision-makers from global market leaders and hidden champions to participate in B2B conferences by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions;
• Research markets and identify industry trends to communicate relevant topics to target audiences and address C-level executives;
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to negotiating, on-site engagement, and securing repeat bookings;
• Build long-term business relationships with clients;
• Collaborate with Marketing, Conference Production, and Event Operations teams to meet client requirements and ensure event success;
• Plan and execute campaigns within the framework of multi-project management;
• Manage customer database and actively track sales opportunities.

• University degree in business administration, communications, humanities, or an unconventional background;
• Motivation, excellent communication and persuasion skills, and a customer-oriented personality;
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships;
• Enthusiasm for proactive phone sales and supporting clients across live or digital event formats;
• Structured and independent work style, quick comprehension, and analytical skills;
• Fluent English (C2);
• Nice to have: Initial experience in sales or client management, familiarity with campaign management, sales, and project management tools, interest in technology, digital, and software topics.
