• Build and manage a corporate sales pipeline in the region from the ground up;
• Identify and approach target companies through direct outreach, networking and referrals;
• Present Catalyst programmes to corporate decision-makers;
• Prepare proposals and negotiate to close deals;
• Travel regularly to Yerevan to develop the Armenian market;
• Work with the operations team to ensure sold programmes are delivered as promised;
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and report against targets;
• Represent GRATA DMC at relevant industry and business events.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience with corporate clients;
• Demonstrate a track record with numbers attached, including targets met, revenue generated and accounts won;
• Be fluent in Georgian, Russian and English;
• Be comfortable with cold outreach and an empty pipeline;
• Be willing to travel regularly to Armenia;
• Work independently in a role that is not closely supervised;
• Nice to have: Existing corporate network in Tbilisi or Yerevan, experience selling to HR, L&D or training buyers, Events, hospitality or professional services sales experience.

• Base salary plus commission;
• Two markets to build, with first-mover advantage in both;
