• Achieve B2B sales targets across product groups and services;
• Consult clients on Apple products, solutions, warranty, repairs, and delivery;
• Respond to incoming corporate inquiries via phone, email, chat, and CRM;
• Perform cross-selling and upselling based on customer needs;
• Identify, source, and attract new B2B clients and business partners to support corporate sales growth;
• Inform clients about promotions and special offers;
• Process orders, pre-orders, and documentation in the CRM system;
• Ensure accurate cash register operations and compliance with cash discipline;
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve product- or service-related issues;
• Collaborate with Service, Logistics, and KAM teams to deliver smooth customer service.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant commercial role;
• Good understanding of IT products;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously;
• English proficiency at least B1–B2 level;
• Nice to have: B2B experience, Apple product knowledge.
