задачи
- Gather and analyze market information regarding customer needs, competitor dynamics, and key competitors to support marketing planning;
- Develop and maintain marketing channels, including agents, customer visits, industry consultants, and government agencies;
- Conduct business negotiations and sign high-quality contracts to achieve sales targets;
- Establish and maintain stable relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction;
- Assist in planning marketing activities such as media promotion, exhibitions, and training sessions to enhance brand influence;
- Support production lines in following up on contract performance, project delivery, and accounts receivable collection.
требования
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Animal Science, or related fields (college degree acceptable for outstanding candidates);
- Minimum 3 years of international B2B sales experience in the industry;
- Professional technical knowledge of animal farming engineering and equipment;
- Strong business negotiation skills;
- Ability to adapt to long-term business trips or overseas assignments;
- Fluent Russian and professional English;
- Nice to have: Proficiency in additional languages.
