B2B & B2C sales in tourism

The tourism company Merry Tour And Co. announces an opening for a Tour Operator in B2B and B2C sales in Batumi. We are looking for an active, communicative, and results-oriented employee who will be involved in developing partnerships with travel agencies, as well as working with individual customers and increasing sales.

• Manage and develop the B2B and B2C sales process
• Communicate actively with travel agencies and establish business relationships
• Find new partners and expand the existing partner network
• Sell travel packages and offers
• Advise individual customers and prepare offers suited to their needs
• Manage bookings and coordinate the sales process
• Meet sales plans and achieve set targets
• Analyze the market and competitors' offers
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners

• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of English
• Organization, initiative, and a results-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a team and make decisions independently
