The client is an AI-native performance marketing agency.

• Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
• Understand clients’ business objectives, marketing priorities, and expectations
• Lead client meetings, present results, and provide recommendations
• Coordinate marketing activities across paid media, SEO/AEO, content, and other digital marketing services
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs, tasks, and deadlines
• Monitor project progress, ensure deliverables meet quality standards, and resolve issues proactively
• Use AI agent platforms to support research, analysis, reporting, planning, and client account management
• Delegate tasks to AI agents, provide relevant context and instructions, and review the accuracy of their outputs
• Develop and improve AI-driven workflows to streamline recurring tasks and enhance team efficiency
• Prepare meeting briefs, client updates, action plans, and follow-up reports
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, client service, and internal processes
• Maintain organised account information and handle confidential client data responsibly

• At least 1 year of experience working in a marketing agency, preferably in account management, client services, project management, or a related role
• Practical, hands-on experience using AI agent platforms such as Grokbot, ChatGPT Dots, OpenClaw, or Hermes
• Ability to demonstrate how AI agents have been used to complete multi-step tasks or manage ongoing workflows
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, and performance reporting
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and deliverables
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good judgement when handling confidential information and reviewing AI-generated outputs
