Account executive for AI software

Tinkers are AI agents that do marketing. Each Tinker is a specialist with one job: Ada runs Facebook and Instagram ads, Emma runs email marketing in Klaviyo, and Leo builds landing pages in Shopify. All three are live, and more will follow. We sell to business owners who don't want to hire a marketing team, and to marketing teams and freelancers who want to do far more with the people they have.

• You run the demo, handle the commercials and take the deal to signature.
• You build and work a target list of companies and marketing teams that get the most out of Tinkers, and open conversations with the ones who don't fill in forms.
• You also help shape how we sell, together with the team: qualification criteria, follow-up sequences, proposal templates and the playbook.

• 3–5+ years of closing experience, SMB and mid-market, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI or martech
• Strong qualification skills. You know when to disqualify early and can explain why
• You care whether the customer actually wins. Tinkers grows when customers use their agents every day and stay
• A track record of improving a sales process, not just using one
• CRM experience
• Serious daily use of AI tools
• You can work without a manager. You make your own plan to meet and exceed quota
