• You support the Talent Acquisition team as part of the recruiting process.
• This includes, among other things, creating and publishing job advertisements, handling email inquiries, and processing candidates' travel expense reports.
• You make initial contact with candidates by phone to request documents and clarify outstanding questions.
• Careful documentation and close communication with the recruiters are important for our processes to run smoothly.
• Once you have completed your onboarding and day-to-day work is running smoothly, we are happy to involve you in additional areas (e.g. Employer Branding, Active Sourcing, hiring early-career talent, etc.).

• You are enrolled in a business administration degree program; initial practical experience is desirable.
• You enjoy communicating with people with different personalities.
• You also have excellent organizational skills, combined with a careful and reliable way of working.
• You should be confident using MS Office and open to other software solutions.
• You also have very good German skills and good English skills.

• You will receive compensation in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry, including vacation and Christmas bonuses, and 30 days of vacation (pro rata).
