задачи
- You independently manage the entire recruiting process for our internship and working student positions – from posting the vacancy to hiring.
- You create engaging job advertisements, publish them on suitable channels, make an informed initial selection, and conduct the first screening calls with candidates.
- You occasionally support the TA team with active sourcing for selected priority positions through networks such as LinkedIn.
- You manage our applicant tracking system (Ashby), coordinate communication with the departments for your positions, and, as the first point of contact, ensure a respectful application process.
- You support the TA team with day-to-day operations, take on your own projects, and contribute innovative ideas to improve our processes and recruiting – including evaluating and implementing the targeted use of AI tools to make our workflows even more efficient.
требования
- Currently studying business administration, (business) psychology, or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on HR/personnel
- Availability for a long-term working student position of around 20 hours per week
- Confident using Google Workspace (or MS Office), as well as the ability to quickly learn how to use new tools (e.g. Ashby)
- You take initiative independently, have a keen eye for detail, and keep a cool head and maintain an overview even when faced with many to-dos
- Strong communication skills, empathy, organizational skills, and very good spoken and written German and English
- Residence in Berlin or the surrounding area for hybrid, on-site collaboration
- You take ownership. You don’t wait for detailed step-by-step instructions. When you see opportunities to help, improve something, or learn, you get involved and ask questions. You accept feedback and continue to develop.
- You feel at home with change. In a fast-paced environment, priorities can change quickly – you see this as part of learning, not as a blocker. You adapt quickly and stay flexible.
- You build instead of waiting. If something is missing or not quite right yet, you help find a pragmatic solution. You continuously develop ideas and choose learning by doing rather than waiting for perfection.
- You think in terms of impact. You look for the “why” behind tasks and decisions and contribute your perspective.
- You are a true team player. You work well in a team, communicate openly, and contribute to a positive team dynamic. You are curious, respectful, and open to feedback, actively learn from others, and bring your own ideas to the table.
- Будет плюсом: Initial practical experience in HR or a start-up environment is an advantage, but not a must-have
условия
- Hybrid work and flexible working hours that can be perfectly adapted to your lecture schedule or exam period. There’s no making coffee or photocopying here – we trust you to take responsibility from day one.
- You’re a full-fledged team member! With your ideas, you can actively help shape the future of the food trade at a fast-growing scale-up. You’ll receive structured onboarding and your own MacBook for the duration of your time with us.
- Find your way back to the gym with our fitness partnerships, such as Urban Sports Club or FitX. You’ll also benefit from a 20% discount in our KoRo online shop and exclusive discounts at partner companies. Of course, free snacks and barista coffee are waiting for you at the office!
- Regular team events and company parties to celebrate our milestones and successes together.
