Design and improve recruitment processes, including structured interviews, competency-based assessments, scorecards, and feedback loops
Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines by engaging passive candidates and exploring new channels
Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize recruitment performance
Own Talent Acquisition initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring, including employer branding, recruitment operations, hiring manager enablement, recruiting events, and process improvements
