Define the best sourcing strategy for each assigned role in agreement with the Manager
Lead the recruitment process and act as the point of contact for all stakeholders
Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process and create a unique candidate experience
Actively search for and identify the best candidates and contact them
Monitor relevant target markets and stay up to date with trends and developments
Build a candidate pipeline and actively manage candidate relationships
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from discussing new roles with managers and interviewing qualified candidates to creating a shortlist of top talent
требования
Higher education in business administration, social sciences, human resource management, business informatics, or logistics, or significant experience in a similar role
Passion for recruiting top talent and enjoyment of working in international teams
Confidence using sourcing tools and keeping up with new trends and innovations
Consultant and partner mindset, ambition to contribute to a larger mission and advance recruitment
Self-confidence, a can-do attitude, strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent command of French and English, plus Spanish or Italian
