Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Manage the full executive search cycle, from market analysis and talent mapping to supporting candidates through the final stages of the hiring process;
• Conduct active headhunting and direct search for senior-level candidates using modern tools and approaches;
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with top experts, executives, and industry leaders;
• Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates’ experience, leadership and management competencies, and collect references;
• Partner with business leaders and senior management on strategic hiring needs;
• Introduce new approaches to talent sourcing, assessment, and engagement.

• At least 3 years of experience in executive search, headhunting, or strategic recruitment;
• Proficiency in direct sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and talent mapping;
• Strong understanding of the labour market and the ability to assess senior-level candidates;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, persuade, and conduct complex negotiations;
• High level of professional ethics and the ability to handle confidential information;
• Systematic mindset, independence, and strong focus on results.
