• Lead full-cycle recruitment across different domains - from intake meetings and candidate evaluations to reference checks and offer delivery - while consistently delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers by challenging assumptions, providing clear market insights, aligning on role specifications, and guiding structured decision-making.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and analyse recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and base pipeline diagnostics on hiring data.
• Partner closely with HRBPs, TA Sourcers, People Ops, Employer Branding and other teams to align hiring initiatives with broader organisational goals and growth plans.
• Own your performance and SLAs by maintaining high execution standards and meeting team target benchmarks.
• Adopt and explore AI tools, platforms and different ways of working to achieve results.

• 2 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience, with the proven ability to hire for a variety of roles from commercial to technical.
• Experience with ATS and platforms or tools used to source and assess candidates; proficiency in AI usage in hiring.
• Expertise in talent sourcing and headhunting (ideally, also on an international level).
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills paired with strong business acumen.
• Curiosity and desire to stay abreast of market conditions and use data to inform decisions.
• A proactive, caring team player who is resilient and adaptable to rapid change.
• Fluency in both English and Lithuanian.

• Gross salary: 2700 - 4000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
