Talent acquisition management in digital healthcare

• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for students and interns. You manage every step, from posting the job opening and conducting interviews to preparing contracts.
• You are responsible for creating and publishing job postings and ensuring that our vacancies are visible through the right recruiting channels.
• You advise departments on attracting the best talent.
• You support exciting projects in employer branding and university marketing.
• You support our recruiters with day-to-day operations and contribute to the administration and further development of our applicant management system. You maintain data, assist with analyses, and ensure a smooth recruiting process.

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business psychology, business administration with a focus on human resource management, or a comparable degree program.
• Ideally, you have already gained some initial recruiting experience.
• You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications. Ideally, you have also gained some initial experience with human resource management or applicant management systems.
• You are communicative, work proactively and independently, approach people proactively, and are keen to help shape projects through hands-on involvement.
• You have very good spoken and written German and English skills.
