We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Global Talent Acquisition team at our El Masnou (Barcelona) site.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international recruitment while supporting the attraction and selection of talent across different countries and functions within Siegfried.
We are ideally seeking a candidate who can commit to a one-year internship agreement.
Lead End to End recruitment processes
Publish and manage job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
Conduct CV screening and candidate shortlisting based on role requirements.
Schedule and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Support hiring managers and recruiters throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare recruitment reports, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Ideal Background
Education
Bachelor's degree
Currently enrolled in a master's degree in human resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Previous experience in Talent acquisition and/or recruitment would be a plus
Languages
Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken). German is considered a strong plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build relationships and interact with different stakeholders.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Resilience and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Team player with a positive and customer-oriented mindset.
