- Identify, attract and manage the pipeline of highly qualified talent, focusing on strategic and specialized positions.
- Work closely with Business Managers, ensuring a clear understanding of recruitment needs.

- Experience in Recruitment, preferably in corporate or consulting environments.
- Skills in talent attraction strategies and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor market trends.
- Results-oriented.
- Proactivity and autonomy in managing roles.
- Associate Talent Recruiter - up to 2 years of experience
- Talent Recruiter - Between 2 and 4 years of experience
- Senior Talent Recruiter - Between 5 and 8 years of experience
условия
- Associate Talent Recruiter - €1,200 + meal allowance + business bonuses and benefits currently in effect
- Talent Recruiter - €1,350 - €1,450 + meal allowance + business bonuses and benefits currently in effect
- Senior Talent Recruiter - €1,650 - €2,000 + meal allowance + business bonuses and benefits currently in effect
