• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology professionals;
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to support business growth across Portugal and European markets;
• Build and manage relationships with recruitment partners and external suppliers;
• Support customer resource procurement requirements, working directly with leading multinational organisations;
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives and contribute to the growth of engineering teams;
• Collaborate closely with senior management to support the company's strategic expansion.

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources, preferably within the IT sector;
• Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;
• Strong sourcing, communication and stakeholder management skills;
• A proactive, organised and results-oriented mindset;
• Good command of English.
