Talent acquisition consultant in recruitment

We are strengthening the Experis team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant (m/f/d) to join our internal structure in Lisbon.

• Conduct specialized recruitment and selection processes, aligning client needs with the best solutions and business opportunities;
• Apply effective talent attraction strategies according to the profile, guidelines and available resources;
• Foster relationships of trust with candidates and the client, ensuring ongoing feedback and availability to answer questions.

• Experience in specialized Recruitment and Selection;
• Fluency in English (Mandatory);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong customer orientation and motivation to achieve results;
• Knowledge of candidate search tools (LinkedIn Recruiter);
• Team spirit, energy, motivation and a strong customer-oriented approach.
