TA Operations Specialist

EPAM is a global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.

• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling
• Update internal job boards and external postings
• Coordinate the employee referral program across various locations
• Administer the Applicant Tracking System and maintain candidate pipelines
• Work with Excel reports to track candidates
• Cooperate daily with recruiters, technical interviewers, team leads, and managers
• Liaise with third-party recruitment agencies
• Prepare ad hoc reports
• Participate in improvement projects
• Assist with ad hoc duties within the recruitment process

• 6–12 Months of experience in administration; fresh graduates are also welcome
• Very good spoken and written English
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to manage time, priorities, and projects
• A university degree is preferable
