- Search for potential candidates using LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing channels;
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs;
- Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research;
- Screen candidate profiles against job requirements;
- Reach out to candidates through personalized messages and maintain communication;
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS);
- Prepare sourcing reports and recruitment analytics;
- Explore new sourcing channels and recruitment technologies.
требования
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment;
- Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani and English;
- Good research and analytical skills;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities;
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools;
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude;
- Nice to have: Russian language skills.
