Sourcer

Everpure operates in the technology sector, focusing on the development of data storage solutions and computer hardware manufacturing.

• Design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies across multiple channels including talent databases, referrals, and events;
• Identify, approach, and engage candidates proactively in line with hiring priorities and diversity goals;
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand team context and translate job descriptions into candidate archetypes and target companies;
• Collaborate globally to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and provide a consistent candidate experience;
• Manage the top of the funnel and active applicants;
• Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess candidate interest, alignment, and basic qualifications;
• Create and maintain reusable market maps and well-tagged talent pools for critical, niche, and recurring roles;
• Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems;
• Share regular pipeline updates, market insights, and competitor signals with stakeholders;
• Represent the employer brand professionally in all online presence and candidate interactions;
• Experiment with and adopt new sourcing techniques and AI-based solutions to increase efficiency and quality of hire.

• Direct experience as a Sourcer, Talent Researcher, or Recruiter in an agency or in-house environment;
• Strong command of advanced Boolean search techniques across multiple platforms;
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates for niche or hard-to-fill roles;
• Ability to identify key skills for roles and assess candidates;
• Hands-on experience operating ATS and/or CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting;
• Highly organized and data-minded approach to managing multiple roles and priorities;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Stakeholder management skills to influence and educate partners;
• Ability to work in a distributed global team and flex hours to collaborate across time zones.
