The company operates a growing gaming studio with a team of 20 people and an expanding portfolio.
задачи
- Create and execute a hiring strategy;
- Manage the full-cycle hiring process including searching, selecting, and headhunting relevant candidates;
- Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards;
- Manage the interview process to ensure a fast, smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers;
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports;
- Support onboarding and offboarding;
- Provide people operations such as vacations, birthdays, internal announcements, and other team activities.
требования
- Gaming industry experience;
- Expertise in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles;
- HRM experience;
- High level of ownership and ability to drive recruitment processes independently;
- English B2/C1 level for providing interviews;
