recruitment manager for Marketplace and B2B

Wolt creates technology for local commerce and delivery. It began with restaurant food delivery and has expanded to delivering a wide range of goods across more than 500 cities in 30 countries. In 2022, Wolt joined DoorDash.

• Lead recruitment managers and individual contributors; coach and develop them, set expectations, and build leadership capability and succession
• Own recruitment strategy for Marketplace, B2B, and SevenRooms across Deliveroo and Wolt, translating business plans into short- and long-term priorities
• Advise senior business leaders on talent availability, hiring priorities, and trade-offs
• Plan recruitment capacity with Finance and People colleagues, forecast hiring, maintain position and capacity plans, allocate resources, and address delivery risks
• Deliver agreed hiring outcomes and use data and talent-market insights to improve delivery and report progress
• Build consistent sourcing, assessment, and interview practices, supporting shared tools and standards while retaining local expertise across EMEA
• Lead the team through change by aligning responsibilities and working routines, coordinating handovers, and supporting knowledge sharing
• Champion fair and inclusive hiring through inclusive sourcing, structured assessment, and consistent decision-making

• Experience leading recruitment managers and geographically distributed recruiting teams, developing leaders, and improving team performance
• A strong track record in commercial or business-function recruitment in a complex, fast-moving organisation
• Experience advising senior business leaders, challenging assumptions with evidence, and aligning stakeholders on priorities and delivery commitments
• Ability to translate hiring forecasts into recruitment plans, assess resource needs, and make trade-offs
• Confidence using recruitment funnel, productivity, and delivery metrics to guide action and communicate business impact
• Understanding of hiring across EMEA, including the effects of language, local market conditions, and role requirements
