• Developing new business and growing client accounts
• Building relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
• Negotiating terms and managing the recruitment process
• Driving revenue growth across your desk

Join a successful and growing Technology recruitment team of eight in Bristol, backed by a wider Reed Technology business of over 40 specialist recruiters across the UK.

This is a warm desk opportunity, giving you the platform to build upon an existing portfolio of clients with terms already agreed at strong commercial rates. You'll inherit established client relationships while continuing to develop new business opportunities across the South and West of England.

You'll specialise within either our Data & Analytics or Software Development recruitment market, focusing exclusively on permanent recruitment. With an established client base already in place, you'll have the autonomy to grow your market, strengthen existing partnerships and maximise your earning potential.
