Recruitment Consultant - Reed Preston (Accountancy Perms and Temps hybrid)
Location: 81 Fishergate, Preston PR1 2UH
Driver: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential
Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office and 1 day per week working from home after the induction and probation period
Growing Your Client Base
- Building relationships with new and existing clients across Preston and the surrounding areas
- Winning new business and re engaging previous clients
- Meeting clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Developing a profitable and sustainable desk through proactive business development
Finding and Engaging Talent
- Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates for temporary opportunities
- Writing engaging job adverts and utilising multiple sourcing channels
- Managing the recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement
- Building strong candidate networks within the local market
- Experienced Recruitment Consultants looking to develop an established desk
- Sales professionals who are confident building relationships and winning business
- Individuals from fast paced environments such as estate agency, business development, or customer facing sales
