• Salary: £32k-£40k basic salary + uncapped bonus
• Location: London (hybrid working available once you're up to speed)

• Develop new partnerships with schools, MATs, colleges and educational organisations across London.
• Grow revenue through both new business acquisition and account expansion.
• Build and nurture a high-quality network of teaching and non-teaching professionals.
• Deliver consultative recruitment solutions to education leaders.
• Attend client meetings across London and position Reed as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
• Drive your own strategy and identify opportunities across multiple education sectors.
• Proven success within education recruitment.
• A track record of developing new business and growing client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach.
• The confidence to engage senior stakeholders and school leaders.
• A genuine ambition to build a high-performing desk and maximise your earnings.
