HR generalist for HR administration in Germany

Coral Club is an international health and wellness company operating in more than 18 countries.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle in Germany, including contracts, amendments, onboarding and offboarding documentation, and personnel files
• Ensure local HR compliance, including compliance with German labour law
• Run end-to-end recruitment for roles in Germany and other European countries, focusing on sales and commercial positions
• Proactively source and approach candidates, including passive talent
• Advise local managers on day-to-day HR and employee relations questions
• Maintain accurate HR data and support HR reporting
• Contribute to HR projects across Europe and improve processes

• 3–4 Years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Specialist roles, including at least 2 years of HR administration in Germany
• Hands-on knowledge of German labour law
• Strong recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting internationally or across several countries
• Experience in a small HR team or international company, building or improving processes
• Structured, independent, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
• German at B2 level and good command of English
