Yardi develops and supports investment and property management software used by organizations around the world.

• Partner with the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to support recruitment from initial intake through offer and hire;
• Assist with sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates across multiple roles and business areas;
• Proactively identify and engage talent through LinkedIn, professional networks and other sourcing channels;
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs;
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess experience, skills and motivation;
• Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities;
• Help develop compelling, targeted job postings that attract qualified candidates;
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams;
• Coordinate interviews and help ensure an organized, professional candidate experience;
• Support offer preparation, negotiation and preboarding activities;
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in the applicant tracking system;
• Track recruitment activity and provide updates on hiring progress;
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR colleagues across Europe and other global locations.

• Two or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment;
• Experience supporting multiple roles and hiring processes simultaneously;
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates;
• Effective interviewing and candidate-assessment skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Strong organization, follow-through and attention to detail;
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools;
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365;
• Ability to adapt as hiring needs and priorities change;
• A collaborative, proactive and team-oriented approach;
• Nice to have: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, psychology, sociology or a related field.
