Recruiter in trucking and logistics

DRENIX BUSINESS is a growing company operating in the U.S. trucking and logistics industry. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to manage the recruitment of office employees across multiple departments.

• Recruit office staff for Dispatch, Accounting, Safety, Fleet, HR, ELD, IT, and other departments.
• Publish vacancies on hh.uz and other recruitment platforms.
• Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews.
• Assess candidates' English proficiency and professional skills
• Prepare recruitment reports

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment (mandatory).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher preferred.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience using hh.uz and other recruitment platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented.
