• Own full-cycle recruitment, primarily for IT-related roles
• Bring new expertise and perspectives to the team and help expand its knowledge
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives beyond day-to-day recruitment work

• 4+ Years of recruitment experience in tech or product companies with international hiring
• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities and the ability to adapt
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A good sense of humor and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage scope of work
• A structured, proactive, and data-driven approach to recruitment
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to assess candidates’ fit with the company and its culture
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Curiosity, empathy, and a genuine interest in people
